presents basic customer centralized KPIs for 3 groups of robots with association date. It answers the questions such as: How the customers user the robots? How many hours per day? Which apps? Which frequency? Per category of customers (retail, banks, ...)? Which apps corresponded to which failures? What makes users use more the robot?
